All youth and adult programs are offered at no cost to any student. This includes tuition and supplies. We are grateful to the support of our donors who make this possible.
Our Fall 2019 Filmmaking Course for high school students will take place after-school on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 4:15pm to 7pm. Students will work together to create a short film by gaining an understanding of all aspects of filmmaking including genres, storyboarding, lighting, pitching, scriptwriting, auditioning, production and post-production.
Classroom sessions will be held at Radius Co-Work at 1001 State Street. Local artist and film professional John C. Lyons will serve as Course Instructor with guest speakers from various sectors in the field.
All course materials are provided at no cost to any student. Students must have their own transportation to and from the course location (bus tokens will be provided as needed).
Classes for our first cohort of Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy training are scheduled to begin in October 2020. Students must hold a high school degree or equivalent and must be able to pass background checks. Continue to visit this site for more information and to get registered.
